The complex consists of 4 apartments with separate bedrooms and 5 studios, of which 3 are quadruple (1 double bed and a bunk bed) and 2 are triple (1 double bed and a single). Each apartment and each studio has bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary for cooking and a refrigerator. Also, each of them has an independent balcony with a view of the sea and the mountain.All rooms have air conditioning and hot water 24 hours a day.
All are bright, cool, comfortable with plenty of light, very carefully and lovingly made. They ensure the visitor a pleasant stay, offering rest and tranquility.
Cleanliness is our main concern, towels and sheets are changed every three days.
The surrounding area is particularly well-kept with its own natural beauty with a yard and many flowers, lawns and bushes as well as the coolness of the sea in front.

Pratsa’s apartments and studios is located, in Kalamitsi, in one of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki, in the southern part of the Sithonia peninsula. The complex occupies a prominent position on the right side of the Kalamitsi bay, just 30 meters from the sea in a lush green environment with trees and a view of the islet, the most suitable to complete the puzzle of relaxation for your vacations. In our complex children can play in a safe environment and swim in a perfectly clean and shallow sea.
